  4.     DXF2WAD is a simple program to read entities of type LINE, ARC,
  5. and CIRCLE from a DXF file and create the appropriate vertices and linedefs
  6. in a wad file.  CIRCLEs and ARCs are converted to polygon/polygon segments.

  8.     Supports level formats for Doom, Doom II, and Heretic.
  9.  
  10.     There is a bug in the CIRCLE/ARC to polygon function that causes
  11. it to improperly handle arcs starting and ending at certain angles, but it
  12. should work in most cases.  For best results, use a radius greater than 64.
